Pre-collection of fees
Uninsured, cosmetic and gap fee payments are collected prior to surgery to avoid late payments and bad debts.
Inpatient medical claims via ECLIPSE
Your billing items submitted to health insurance funds electronically via ECLIPSE. Payments deposited directly in your nominated account.
ALL Payments Direct in YOUR Account
All payments, including EFTPOS, direct deposit and all claims, are deposited directly into your account as and when paid.
Patient Phone Calls & Billing Enquiries
We take enquiries on your behalf via a dedicated landline and email for patients and rooms. We will field all calls, take care of all billing enquiries and send medical-related queries to you.
Known-gap Quoting & Claiming
Working within the rules for all 30+ health fund for maximum allowable gap, we provide quotes and obtain Informed Financial Consent to achieve the best financial outcome for both patient and provider.
Cosmetic quotes and invoices

Next business day submission of claims for fast health fund payments. We get very few rejected claims, but when we do, we follow up all rejected claims to resolve as quickly as possible.
